Pomodoro Fairfax is family owned and operated by three brothers: Biagio, Sal and Anthony. They have a great passion for food, are dedicated to their work and believe in excellent customer service. They take pride in serving their customers family-style authentic Italian cuisine. One of the three brothers is always at the restaurant, ready to greet you with a warm welcome.

Did you know ...  In Italian, the word 'pomodoro' means 'tomato'. Pasta Pomodoro is a dish with light pasta sauteéd with tomatoes and garlic.
